On 13th January’24, 31 students of the interior design department (batch 2022-2024) & (batch 2023-24) along with 1 faculty member went for the site visit to a Duplex house at New Town , Kolkata. The students explored the civil structure and formation of staircase within the flat. They were exposed to the different materials starting from structure to finishing. They were explained about the different challenges and how to overcome these challenges while executing.
